Hello, I’ve a question for the card Carnivorous Clowns. The target for the spell is a foe with the most Creatures in play. How it works, if all the players has no Creatures in play? Does it means, there is a tie and I can choose the target by by own? Or if no Creatures in play, the spell doesn’t work at all?
