I saw the new DC deckbuilding game Kickstarter promo and I wanted to ask how does the game feel/play compared to ESW:A? I really enjoy the PvP style of ESW:A and the DC game seems to be more about co-op, as far as I can tell.
The 25$ per set option to just get the cards and tokens would be a cheaper way to get into the game compared to buying it on it’s own. It still comes up to 210$ for all sets with the big box and the rulebooks. The shipping isn’t cheap either.
I think the price is too high for something I don’t even know if I’d like.
Some youtube reviewer said that the first few sets aren’t as interesting as the latter ones as the designers got better at making the game over the years.
It would be great to hear some opinions on the game from those who have it.
