Duty free or not… why sometimes there is none ? XD

Hello…

I don’t understand anything with the post office in Belgium anymore XD

1st shipment received no charge
2nd shipment… 18 eur fee
3rd shipment received… no charge

the difference between the 3:
on the 2nd shipment, it went through Switzerland via the ASENDIA company and therefore not the same label as the other 2…

another difference:

indicated on those free of charge: “category of item: Documents”

while for the one where I paid the fees: the “Safe of goods” box is checked

in summary… do not go through Asendia in Switzerland anymore please but send directly to us with “Category of Items : Documents” ^^

in this photo, mail from Switzerland is the first on the left.

I can provide other closer photos if you want to see where this cost problem could come from in Switzerland ^^
