ESW: NFT

Hello all I read the most recent wiz log! I’m excited to see we are getting a new digital game! I also see it’s an NFT game I’m familiar with what an NFT is but how would this be applied to a game?

Yeah, some more info would be nice.

I’ve heard about a lot of bad stuff happening in the NFT space so my initial impression of the announcment is negative, but I’m willing to give a product a chance to prove itself. I’m just not sure how an NFT component could improve a boardgame.

It would be cool to get a good digital version of both ESW games, since ESW:A on Tabletopia.com is kind of poop 🙁

its an entirely new game, it uses the triptych art concept from the spell crafting games (and that art) but in a totally new way… it was built from the ground up as an NFT concept (there should be a web site soon) 🙂

I’m interested to see what it is, just don’t rush anything out half-baked to capture the wave of a trend 🙂

btw, do you read all the posts on here? I’ve posted some more card name ideas a while back

To everyone their own, I’m sure the game will be cool and awesome, but I know that for me personally, my love for the franchise and company die then and there if its “real” NFTs, being quite liberal with the use of  the word real there.
