I have 2 questions for the spellbooks.

1)Legend: Viagrus the Hard Lord and Spellbook: Hot Itchy Knights have conflicting text for end game limp wand VP. If you have both at the end of the game which one overules the other?

    2) The spellbooks How to be born great and Sploogys Song book allow you to play card you don’t own and instruct you to return them after you play them. Do you have to return Ongoings played this way?

    great questions!
    1. the rule in general is which ever is to the benefit of the player / the player can decide, so Viagrus would win
    2. no you do not keep ongoings we worded that way specifically so it was clear. Stealing cards is a HUGE deal so we really try and limit it, and its one of the things that make Wild Magic special.

thanks for the great questions 🙂

Thanks Cory! We didn’t let the player that ended up with Viagrus and Hot Itchy Knights get either one lol. Oddly their choice. We will let them choose going forward. We did follow the play a card text as written so good job there. Just wanted to be super sure we did it right. Follow up question to #2 would you be able to Last Chance Glyph the card played with Sploogys Song Book or How to Be Born Great?

Most definitely. Its a great way to make friends at the game table. Especially if you can do it to an opponents legend. They love it.

Kk good, because that’s how we’ve been playing it. Whenever a rule is unclear or conflicting, we pick whichever is more chaotic.
