Just to 100% be sure, if I order the stature from the offical site, I’ll get the champion wizard card?
the description just says “based off” and not that the card is included.

So I have to ask did you order the statue and get the card?

I just order one myself and when it arrived the promos weren’t there. I reached out to customer support but they told me that the cards are unavailable and not part of the package.

I guess I’m a little confused and wanted someone’s else experience.

I’m not sure what Rhoniore was speaking to if his experience was different, but I ordered this a while ago and to my knowledge this never came shipped with the cards, nor did the store page claim it does (it just makes reference to the Champion card within the game who this character is based on). In fact the store page actively states that it does not come with any cards.

For what it’s worth, you don’t need those cards for the functionality of this statue in the ESWA game, it represents a different function in the game anyway (when you kill a wizard) and replaces the cardboard standee that comes standard packed in the game. Or just like awesome shelf statue 😉

I believe both the Champion Wizard (oversized card) “Studd Spellslammer” and the Familiar “The Juice” those cards were promos that came with original pre-order for the original game through Cryptozoic directly (there wasn’t a Kickstarter for the first one) I believe they were also handed out at GenCon as part of the original release that year (way back in 2019).

They weren’t part of the retro cards offered in the latest ESWA3 Kickstarter, it’s possible they may reprint them in the future but hard to tell. Looks like secondary market is the only way to get those for now if you really want them.

@GLBoxingGlove what are you waiting for? (uh, well I guess the cards actually duh) but cards or not it’s a pretty fun trophy that is hard to display on a shelf without normies thinking you might be a psychopath when they come over to visit. Good times!

Thanks Cory, I received my cards today and they’re even cooler in person. The holo is sick. I can’t wait until the first round of FFF is up on the Backerkit so I can finish out my collection of current cards to the ESW series.

I just got my copy of Studd Spellslammer and it has a ripple in it due to the foil.
Is there any way to get a replacement or was there just enough printed for each Statue?
if not able to replace, thats ok. figured it can’t hurt to ask.
